The Stone Hut
The Stone Hut is about 200 metres down a fairly narrow long field, up on a mound and in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It’s an extremely peaceful location and a brilliant place to just relax.

It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room is used for everything else, it has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings, small sofa, table/chairs and kitchen area with cutlery, utensils etc. A solar panel provides lighting and the shower hut with instant hot water is at the end of the building. Everybody loves this shower, it is a truly refreshing experience! The compost loo is just round the corner from the hut.
Full size double bed
There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle. We provide a coolbox for keeping drinks, dairy products etc. chilled and we change the ice packs daily.
There is outside seating and during the summer months you can drive your car all the way down the field and park next to the hut.
